Social · strategy and content management
Social strategy and content management for brands that want content that compounds.
We plan what your brand should say on social, manage the monthly content calendar, shape the creative, then film it with ads and coaching — so your business becomes a content engine that attracts more customers, not just more posts.

Who it’s for
Brands that need ongoing social strategy and content
- Retail and lifestyleShops, product brands and lifestyle businesses that want a clear social story.
- F&BCafés, restaurants and food concepts that want regular, native social content.
- ServicesStudios, clinics, agencies and other service businesses with a story to tell.
- Health and wellnessGyms, movement studios and wellness brands — especially when people are on camera.
A good fit when you want more customers from social, not just more posts. Happiest when someone from the brand can be on camera — or is keen to learn.
What’s included
Social strategy
We start with your business, audience and goal. Each month we set the strategy and briefs around three pillars: behind the scenes, the founder’s story and education. Volume is sized to your retainer.
Content management and production
We manage the calendar, direct the look and feel, then film hook-led short-form videos on iPhone (usually 30–60 seconds), batch-shot at your space and edited fast — strategy first, not editing alone.
Running ads
We put Meta ads spend behind the content that works, to reach local customers. Ad spend is billed separately.
Founder and team coaching
We coach you and your team to film and document day-to-day moments yourselves, so content keeps flowing between shoots.
How a month works
Planned, approved, then filmed fast
- Before the month startsWe review last month, plan the next one and write briefs for the month’s pieces around your three content pillars. Volume is sized to your business — often from about 4 pieces a month, or more. You approve the plan and briefs.
- Week 1Scripts, hooks, shot lists and the shoot schedule are locked in.You share any news, offers or classes to feature.
- Weeks 1–2We film the month’s content at your space in one to two batch days, on iPhone: fast and natural. You and your team appear on camera, with our coaching.
- Weeks 2–3Editing, captions and review. Ads are set up around the best content. You review and give feedback.
- Within the monthThe month’s pieces delivered and published to plan, with ads running. You follow up on enquiries and DMs.
- Month endWe review what worked and feed it into next month’s briefs. Coaching helps your team capture moments in between. You film day-to-day moments yourself.
Questions
Do I need to be on camera?
It helps: founder stories are at the heart of what we make. If you’re not used to it, we’ll coach you, and your team can share the load.
Do you do one-off social content?
Most social work runs as a monthly retainer so strategy can compound. One-off social films are possible when the brief fits — or see Production for shoots and campaigns.
Why iPhone and not a full crew?
Lo-fi, native-feeling content is quick to make, feels authentic on social and lets us produce every month without slowing your business down. We scale to a full crew when the brief needs it.
How long do retainers run?
Retainers are sized to your volume and goals. A few months is usually enough to build momentum; we’re happy to talk through what fits.
Which ads do you run?
Meta ads only. Ad spend is billed separately from the retainer.
