Who we are

What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the details you submit (for example your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, brand or company, sector, Instagram, and the information in your enquiry). We use that information only to reply and to discuss a possible project or retainer.

We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts on this site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may process standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) as part of delivering the website, under Cloudflare’s own terms.

Formspree

Contact form submissions are sent to Formspree, which processes them on our behalf so we can receive the message by email. Formspree’s handling of submission data is described in Formspree’s privacy policy. Do not include sensitive personal data in the form that you would not want emailed to us.

Cookies

This site does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies. Embedded videos (for example from Vimeo) may set cookies or similar technologies when you play them; those are controlled by Vimeo.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner where we can.

Your choices

You can email us to ask what enquiry information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance applies to how we handle personal data.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
