What’s the turnaround time?

The turnaround time for each project depends on multiple factors, such as the number of photos/videos ordered, props required, and complexity. The approximate turnaround time is 5 business days after receiving the product and payment.

How does shipping work?

You can ship your products to our studio in Hong Kong with the shipping solution of your choice. Please include a pre-paid return shipping label if you would like to have your products shipped back after the shoot.

Can I join the shoot?

Unfortunately, no. We are able to offer competitive fixed pricing due to our fixed processes. We hope you’ll help us achieve great results by providing clear directions and details about your products in our order forms.

Can I provide examples?

You are welcome to provide examples and inspirations! These are helpful for us to use as guides and can quickly align expectations.

Do you provide retouching?

Yes, all of our photos are delivered with a basic retouch. If you have special requests such as color-changing, adding logos, etc. Please select the relevant add-ons during the ordering process.

Do you provide revisions?

Yes. We provide one free revision based on the client’s original request details. Any revisions due to additional requests or unclear instructions will be charged.
